At Superior Eye Care, she practices full scope optometry including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and medical office visits. Dr. Mathukutty enjoys diagnosing and treating various ocular conditions such as dry eye, eye infections, glaucoma and diabetes. She also co-manages cataract and Lasik surgery. She is a member of American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and Harris County Optometric Society.

Dr. Matthew Stancea - Optometrist
Dr. Stancea is passionate about providing comprehensive eye care, placing emphasis on educating and informing patients so they thoroughly understand the condition of their eyes and vision. His motto is: "They're your eyes, I want you to know them as well as I do." He offers primary care optometry and specializes in treating dry eye disease. By taking the time to explain the results of the examination and the available treatment options, Dr. Stancea ensures that each patient receives personalized attention at Superior Eye Care.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, such as watching a movie or listening to a podcast with his wife. They have a daughter who brings immeasurable joy to their lives.

Dr. A Davis OD - Optometrist
Dr. Davis specializes in the treatment of visual functional disorders that affect not only sight (acuity) but the functionality of the entire visual system and the patient. Making sure the eyes work together and coordinate, having accurate tracking skills and adequate and flexible focusing ability are essential for academic success. She successfully treats common visual functional disorders with a combination of lenses, prisms and neuro-visual therapy. Dr. Davis is passionate about working with children. She is an advocate for early screening and intervention by participating in the Infantsee program to provide no-cost vision screenings for infants to rule out and treat conditions that can affect normal healthy visual development. She is also an annual participant in the See to Succeed Program, which provides safety net vision care for the underserved pediatric population in the Houston and surrounding areas. She is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, the Optometric Extension Foundation, the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association and the Harris County Optometric Society.
Dr. Davis is a native Houston native and 5th generation Texan. She lives in Briargrove with her husband and two children.
